Carolina Breeze is a wonderful townhouse located a few minutes south of the heart of Surf City, NC. Bike or take a 20 minute walk to the Surf City pier, enjoy dinner on the water or live music at one of the many bars and restaurants
Relax and enjoy the coastal vibes throughout this newly decorated cozy home or sit on one of the 2 decks with coffee, a glass of wine, or dinner and enjoy the Carolina ocean breeze . The Kitchen is well stocked with what you need to feel like home with granite counters, all stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and a bar seating area that flows into the dining area and living room with a first floor deck that has outdoor seating for 4 and a swing chair to read a book and listen to the ocean waves. The home also has a brand new full size washer and dryer. If you aren't at the community private access beach which is just a short walk away, you can enjoy the swimming pool ( opens Memorial Day-Labor Day) that is located just a few steps from this unit, or the nearby community park across the street with a playground, picnic area and basketball court. There is also a boardwalk out to the sound where you can fish, crab or view the beautiful Carolina sunsets.
You will be able to rest easy in two nice size bedrooms, each have a full bathroom, and large smart TV. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Master bedroom has a King Bed, TV, private bathroom. Enjoy views and sounds of the ocean from your private second floor balcony .
Second bedroom has a bunk bed with a top twin mattress and full mattress on bottom with a pull out trundle. This room also has a large smart TV, and private bathroom. The downstairs living room has a band new queen size pull-out sofa and a half bath.
Freshly washed linens which include sheets and towel sets for the maximum capacity will be available upon your arrival and is included in the cleaning fee. The home is meticulously cleaned upon each guests departure.
Surf City has so many fun activities yet still feels like a small North Carolina coastal town. You will only be 45 minutes from Wilmington, NC. The city Southern Living voted one of the most beautiful coastal towns.
