This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for visitors who want to take advantage of Fripp's many amenities and be within walking distance of the beach.
Features include an outside deck, gorgeous ocean views, and a newly renovated kitchen. Bedroom capacity is 6. Total capacity is 8, if the Queen sofa bed in the living room is used.
During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs and (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex.

The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf cart ourselves and that had to be done by 6:00 PM. Door lock on door was very finicky.
