7 km from Uzerche "the pearl of the Limousin", you will enjoy the barn of our farmhouse converted into a gîte. Completely renovated in 2023, it allows you to stay in peace and quiet in a soothing and comfortable place. We have fitted it out to feel good and hoping that holidaymakers can share this feeling of well-being, whatever the season.
The garden allows you to isolate yourself easily, to enjoy the swimming pool (7.50 x 3.50 m) from April to October, and simply nature the rest of the time.
The cottage will allow you a quiet stay in the heart of the green country that is the Limousin.
It is close to the country road that connects Uzerche to the village of Meilhards, in a very quiet hamlet of a few houses,
Walks and bike rides from the house. Village of Condat sur Ganaveix 2km away by road or hiking trails
Hiking trails from the house with several possible routes. Tennis court in the village. Canoeing base in Uzerche. Numerous lakes and streams easily accessible with the possibility of swimming in a bucolic setting
Ideal location to visit Brive la Gaillarde, Tulle and Limoges (40 min drive), Pompadour the city of the horse, the Haute Corrèze and its Millevache plateau. The Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac..), the Dordogne Gorges and the Périgord Vert are about 1h15 drive away.
The nearest train station is Uzerche (direct trains to and from Paris) .2 airports within 1 hour's drive: Limoges and Brive la Gaillarde.
Clermont-Ferrand, Toulouse and Bordeaux are about 2 hours and 15 minutes away.
The nearest supermarket and bar are in the village (2 km with the possibility of meals on site and on order), all shops in Uzerche (7km)

The accommodations are accessible by its own entrance on the same level. A bedroom (bed 140) with en-suite bathroom/WC is also accessible on the same level. A staircase of 5 steps leads to the main room of 60m2. This room also opens directly onto the garden through a 230 cm bay window. For people with reduced mobility, it is possible to use an electric lift from the entrance and the bedroom on the first floor to the main room.
The other 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed, the other with a 160 bed and 2 80 trundle beds) are upstairs and share a bathroom and separate toilets.
