This culturally diverse city is the hip and happening place to be. North Park in San Diego is full of bars and microbreweries, especially along 30th Street and University Avenue. Within the neighborhood’s famous historic district, you’ll find hundreds of Craftsman-style bungalows.



A distinguished “best hipster neighborhood” by Forbes, you’ll love the eclecticism that oozes from North Park. It’s an extremely walkable place, encompassed with coffee shops and diners. Do you want to know where else you can walk to? Balboa Park and the World Famous San Diego Zoo.



San Diego’s large green space is full of lush landscaping and fun attractions. Whether it’s the art that catches your eye in the Ray Street Arts District or Juniper Canyon with its lovely urban hiking trail through fields of wildflowers, we think you’ll love your time in North Park! It’s where everyone wants to be.



You should be able to walk most places you will want to go. Uber and Lyft are very popular here, and typically less expensive than renting a car. There are also bike and electronic scooter shares right outside the unit.
