The family taking care of the house is so sweet and warm. Helped us when they could, so very welcoming. Compliments to Valeria and nonna Mafalda!
The location is high up the mountain with an amazing view, no noise and very peaceful. That said it takes about a 15 minutes drive to reach the closest grocery store, so keep that in mind.
The house is nice, has everything you need. You also get a nice welcome package! The bathroom/shower is a bit on the smaller side, but perfectly manageable for 2 people.
One HUGE advantage are the mosquito windows in the bedroom and bathroom. So although there isn’t an aircon, you can really cool it down insides with the mosquito windows without getting bugs inside.
You have your own designated seats and umbrella at the pool, which is nice. The pool itself is big and very nice. Keep in mind that you have to wear a swimming cap if you’re in the pool.
Not that we didn't like it, but for some the location might be a little too much secluded from shops and stuff. But if you have a car, that shouldn't be a problem!
