About this campground/ rv resort rental

Rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer period Mobile home like new for 6 people – Villa Landreau 4-star residential park open all year round near Saint Gilles-croix-de-vie (le Fenouiller). The mobile home has 3 BEDROOMS: - 1 adult bedroom: a double bed - 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds - Roller shutters and mosquito nets in each of the bedrooms. - LIVING ROOM: - Television - Sofa bed - Coffee table - Table for 6 people - KITCHEN: - Microwave - Coffee maker - Kettle - Toaster - BATHROOM: Shower - TERRACE: - Outdoor wooden table + 6 chairs - Electric barbecue and plancha - 2 sunbeds - Garden furniture- The terrace can be closed completely (from the end of June)
The campsite has a covered and heated swimming pool (March to November) with a children's play area and a petanque court. It is located 3km5 from the sea and 2km5 from the shops and 2km from the casino.2 Bicycles on site will allow you to get around thanks to the many cycle paths.
SERVICES & FACILITIES: mid-June -July to August: - Bar with terrace overlooking the swimming pool - Entertainment for young and old - Dance evenings, meals, concerts, shows... - Washing machine and dryer (tokens and detergent at reception) - Snack bar, rotisserie and pizza from mid-June - Wifi on all pitches (for a fee) - Petanque court - Playground for children
THE SURROUNDINGS: Saint-Jean-De-Monts: 30 minutes Saint-Hilaire-De-Riez: 10 minutes Les Sables d'Olonne: 40 minutes-Do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email for more information. Services: End of stay cleaning: 40€ per stay dishes washed and stored.
