The "Mini-Mansion" is home away from home with tons of attractions. Just minutes from several accessible lakes, 30min from Disney/Universal and local to countless other central Florida attractions. A 90 minute drive to both the East and Gulf coast. Get out and enjoy it all or stay put and enjoy your secured Clerbrook community's activities, swimming pools and the 18 hole golf course.

The premise was extremely impressive. Looked like professional decorator prepared the interior to feel safe, complete, nothing needed, roomy, warm and welcoming. We felt like home. Neighborhood was unbelievably quiet. Resortt was a retirement community
