About this apartment rental
I'm an owner of the Ritz and know various other owners that ask me to help them rent their weeks.
These units are typically a 2-bedroom or 3 bedroom units. The price offered below are estimates, based on what they typically rent for.
If you compare the price of the Ritz Club to the "Standard Room" at the Ritz Hotel (next door), you will find that you can rent a 2 or 3-bedroom condo (with the Ritz Quality and maid service 2x per day), for the same price as a single room at the Hotel. PLUS, you have full access to the entire hotel and all their amenities.
If you want other dates, here are approximate prices:
Christmas/New Years: Around 1,700 per night (7-night minimum)
January and February: $900-$1100 per night
Spring Break: $1,000 - $1500 per night (for seven nights, slightly more for fewer nights)
Summer and other times of the year: $850-$1,000 per night (no minimum).
The Ritz Club allocates their weeks to their owners on a Saturday to Saturday Week. If you are coming between January to April, it's very difficult to combine weeks. For example, come on a Friday and leave the following week.
A few other things to point out:
1) 100% of the units are Ocean View and all located right off the ocean.
2) I'm the owner, not a management company.
3) The three bedrooms units are 1901 square feet and each room has a full bath, plus, there is a power room. The two-bedroom units have two large bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
4) We are a short walk away from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, (30 acre property) which you have full rights to use, literally, you never have to leave the property.
5) Maid service twice per day, plus concierge at your convenience. Yes, it makes it very easy.
6) Five restaurants on site.
7) There are on-site water sports center offering kayaks, windsurfing, Hobie cats, sailboarding and all the snorkeling equipment you need. To rent those from the rent, they charge $60 per day, for four people.
8) There is a $25 resort fee that is charged by the Ritz, you will pay that upon checkout.
9) Prices are based on paying by check, if you pay via VRBO, they charge a credit card fee, which will be passed on to you.

We had a wonderful Spring Break trip planned to St Thomas Ritz however Hurricane Irma had another Idea. Working with Phillip Tirone was a such a blessing as he worked with the Ritz to get our money back. Now we are planning another trip to St Thomas with Phillip and praying now more hurricanes!!

Originally I booked a room directly through The Ritz Hotel website. Then I found these Club Rooms within the Ritz rented by owners. I thought surely there is something wrong since they were about the same cost for 1200 more sq ft. Nope, they had all the same amenities. I highly recommend. I chose to rent through Phillip because of his positive reviews and he was great as well answering any questions we had prior to arrival.

Very spacious and well maintained 3 bedroom property. Excellent view of pool and ocean! Good location on the property...not ever noisy but not far away from pools or front area to catch taxis. The residence was decorated beautifully and furniture was comfortable. It has a full kitchen, plenty of TV's, washer /dryer, staff was very friendly, and housekeeping twice per day. It has a nice size balcony area where we ate breakfast every morning. There is also a full size table inside. The grounds are very pretty and fun to explore. Excellent on site activities- we went to St. John for the evening. I also enjoyed their spa. Staff is very friendly and provides excellent recommendations and will arrange a taxi for dinner or off site plans. If staying for a week, I would suggest renting a vehicle. We used the service for pre-ordering groceries and that was awesome. The owner was excellent to work with in setting the rental up! Do not hesitate to rent...top notch.

We just returned from a trip to the Ritz Carlton Club in St. Thomas today and it by far exceeded our expectations! From the very start the owner was great and answered all the questions that I had. He offered fantastic customer service and made me feel at ease with our decision to book with him. He would follow up via call or text massage to make sure the Ritz contacted me and make sure everything was on track. This was our first time to St. Thomas so we didn't know what to expect. Not only was the owner extremely helpful, I got emails from the concierge at the Ritz. She booked all of our activities and provided much needed information. She even advised me how to order groceries on line before our visit and assured me they would be in the condo when we arrived. I had my doubts, but sure enough we showed up and all the food was there and put away. The Ritz treated me like I was the owner, anything we needed they were all over it. For example, I was relaxing on the beach and the waitress came over to ask if I wanted to order a drink or lunch. I said I really just wanted a plate of fruit but it wasn't on the menu. Next thing I know they had put together a fruit platter for me and delivered to me, on the beach while I lay there relaxing. I've rented timeshares before and to lay on a beach chair, that is actually on the beach, you have to rent it. But not here, we had full access to everything on the residence side as well as the hotel side. If you want to kayak, snorkel, sail they charge a small resort fee and your entire party can use the equipment all day, it was so worth it.
This was our first Ritz Carlton experience and now the bar is so high I can't imagine staying at any other timeshare property than a Ritz.
The condo had a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you would need as well as a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to pack much.
Every unit has a spectacular ocean view, all of the pictures you see on this website are exactly what you get!
If you are going to St. Thomas you must stay here!
