Kerameikos Spacious Loft

The sheer size of the apartment, including the very generous balconies, made the social areas a real pleasure to use. The apartment-wide air conditioning worked very well. We appreciated the direct access lift. The apartment location is not in central Athens, however you are just one metro stop away from the tourist areas. Instead the location offers an interesting range of bars, restaurants and cafes, and appears to be very up-and-coming with a hint of bohemian urban culture. We enjoyed our evenings there.

One of the two double bedrooms is a lot smaller than the other 'main' room and did not have any convenient power sockets so, no bedside lights or phone charging! More significantly (and it's a bit sad to say) the apartment was let down slightly by worn out or defective furniture. A re-fresh is needed..

A lovely super clean apartment. Very spacious, and well equipped. Elena was very attentive to all we needed. Highly recommended. The area is quiet with many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Top Lage: Nicht im Touristenzentrum, sondern dort, wo die Einheimischen Essen gehen: im angesagten Gazi/Kerameikos Viertel. Etliche empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Kneipen direkt in der Meg. Alexandrou. 400 m bis zur Metro 3, die zum Flughafen oder in 1 bzw. 2 Stationen direkt ins Zentrum führt. Unbedingt das 5 Tages-Ticket für 8,20, sogar bis nach Piräus (gilt aber nicht bis zum Airport) an den Metrostationen kaufen.. Einige Spätis und ein großer Supermarkt (My Market) im 300 m Umkreis. Keine im klassischen Sinn schöne, aber dafür sehr authentische und coole Umgebung. Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sehr großes, sauberes und modernes Loft im 4. OG, mit Lift direkt in die Wohnung. Dort Küche/Wohnzimmer, kleineres Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Schrank und kleinem Duschbad/WC. Über die Treppe nach oben großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit großem Bad, separater Dusche und sep. WC, sogar mit 2. Kühlschrank im oberen Bereich. Klimaanlage sowohl unten als auch oben. Vor jedem Zimmer eine große Terrasse und man kann sogar noch bis aufs Dach gehen. Die Bilder sind aussagekräftig. Top Kommunikation über booking oder WhatsApp. Kontaktlose Übergabe, über einen Zugangscode in den Hausgang, dort findet man dann einen Schlüsselsafe. Wir konnten auf Anfrage sogar 2 h länger in der Wohnung bleiben, da an dem Tag wohl keine neuen Gäste kamen. Ausstattung: Waffeleisen, Saftpresse, Netflix (für eigenen Zugang, da keine deutschsprachigen Programme), Nespressomaschine, der 2. Kühlschrank, hier wurde an vieles gedacht. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen Athen Urlaub, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nur um objektiv zu sein und für Pingelige, warum keine 10?: Das Loft ist recht neu, hat aber hier und dort ein paar Schrammen und Macken, die uns aber keinesfalls gestört haben und dem tollen Ambiente nichts nehmen.

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e arredato con stile. Elena è stata una padrona di casa perfetta, gentile, sempre disponibile e attenta. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno ad Atene unico e confortevole.
