Lots of space. King size bed (very important), washer, dryer, comfortable. Nice reliable communication with the renter. Nice facility. Marked parking spot. Clear instructions. Body wash and soap provided even we didn't expect. Enough towels. Fully equipped kitchen, we just used the fridge. I'd rent again, but definitely downstairs.
Stairs (ask for ground floor apartment), it wasn't perfectly clean. Stains on our sheets. Some minor issues, big stain on the carpet in the living room.
