All in all a very nice stay

Very convenient for a trip into Durham either in the car or on the bus. Property was comfortable with basic amenities.

The crockery and glassware was not very clean and we had to wash most things before we used them. Also just a few more tiny things like hooks in the bathroom for towels, side tables in the lounge would make the space more homey and functional.

Lovely

Lovely location not too far from Durham and other attractions, comfy rooms and beds, lovely little house. Great communication from staff would definitely stay again!

Carpet was full of bits and needed hoovering but nothing to be concerned over, Bin outside was overflowing, struggled to park on final night as neighbours parked in front of house, nothing major to concern.

The place is very quiet, everything is clean, easy checkin and checkout, very close to durham for what we came.

I just very sensitive for a sleeping place, spring mattresses is always a problem to me, not for my family though

Beautiful, cozy, homely and around amazing

The coziness of the place, very spacious and close but out the way of Durham city so not far to travel

With having a dog I felt that the garden would of been cut but it looked like it hadn’t been cut for weeks maybe months

Pleasant terrace near Durham and A1

Property is easy to find and appears to be newly decorated. SKY Tv is a nice plus and the house is spacious with a medium sized back garden for a terrace, neighbours and area were quiet. It's close by car or bus to Durham, and handy for the A1 if you're driving.

Took me a while to figure out the door but this was because I didn't read the instructions properly and was trying to operate the lock box instead of the code on the handle! My fault entirely, as communication was good during and after the stay.
