Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce chalet à la montagne. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue apaisante et un environnement parfait pour se ressourcer. Le chalet est chaleureux, très bien entretenu et décoré avec goût, on s’y sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Un immense merci surtout aux hôtes, qui sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Ils ont su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de convivialité et de petites attentions qui ont vraiment fait la différence. Toujours à l’écoute, souriants et de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It was easy and the owner met us at the property. We had a small window to meet her which we were a bit late for as we got lost, but she was understanding. The owners were lovely and the views from the accommodation were breathtaking. The facilities were very good. There were lots of cooking equipment and a large fridge available. The TV was a smart tv and this made it very easy to stream. The shower is amazing! Very close to Val d'Isere which is where we visited. I recommend visiting Annecy as well as it was lovely. You could tell it was all new and the decor was very nice. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Genevieve.

We were given an exact time the day before with a half hour window but we were travelling from the other side of France and this made it a little difficult to achieve, especially as we got lost. We thought it a bit strange that the owner had taken a picture of inside each cupboard, drawer and room and asked that everything was put back exactly like in the pictures when we left. This was unexpected but it did make it easier to know how to leave the accommodation. There was a beautiful handmade crockery set there for us to use, but we were also given a replacement price list in case anything got broken. Therefore, we used the other plates just in case we accidentally broke anything and had to pay a hefty replacement bill. It was annoying that we had to give a 500 euro deposit over in cash rather than as a bank transfer, but we got this back at the end with no hassle. This is why we were late meeting her for handover as we had to go to a bank to withdraw the cash.
