De ligging, heel rustig. Dicht bij Paviljoen Schoonhoven en mooie plas met zandstrand. Meteen wandeling in de bossen. Ruim huis, goed uitgeruste keuken.
Contact met receptie. Tot 3x toe gebeld, geen gehoor. Na mail wordt het beloofde beddengoed geleverd.

Ruimte in het huis. Vriendelijkheid, schoonmaakteam. Vriendelijkheid / hulpvaardigheid bewoners Hollandscheveld.
Communicatie tussen organisatie en personeel. In communicatie naar de vakantiegangers is gecommuniceerd dat het huisje om 15.00 uur te betrekken is. En volgens het team wat aanwezig was op het park 16.00 uur. Adequaat opgelost door de aanwezige mensen. Aangegeven dat we met 4 personen en 2 honden komen. Kregen een rekening voor 6 personen en 6 laken pakketten. Dus daarin gaat er ook iets niet goed in de communicatie.
