Great place and comfortable.The staff was so sweet and friendly.I booked buggy and kayaking and tubing.Highly recommended

Very nice place,beautiful room and comfortable.The bathroom is big and good shower.The staff spoke good English and booked for full day tour with great trip.I did kayaking,zip line ,tubing,cave and blue lagoon.Overall everything good and highly recommended.

Good location, Netflix on the tv, the member of staff who greeted us was friendly and offered activities for us to do.

The WiFi wasn’t the best and during our 4 nights there the room wasn’t cleaned once meaning we didn’t get fresh towels and our bins weren’t emptied. I’ve also noticed on booking .com it has changed to reflect a 1 night stay which is not correct. The property has a tin roof so during heavy rainfall it is difficult to sleep due to the noise :( make sure you bring your own toiletries too as this is the only place we’ve stayed in SEA where not even shower gel was offered

The location is excellent. The size of the room is good, you have enough place. The vientamese owner is kind and helpful, and quite flexible. They provide breakfast which is not evident for a hostel (because no hotel!!!).

The name of the place is misleading: it is not a hotel but a hostel, and no mountain view. As a hostel it is clean, and good, but the price is rather to hotel, so for the facilities it is overpriced. The room has no window, the ceiling is low. We stayed only one night and left with the family.
