Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Great Location Owner Luis is the owner of the Kitchen Equipment shop on the ground floor and normally on-site during business hours. On street car parking is safe and outside the compulsory council parking aera. In any case , Free council on street parking can be applied for in the Tourist Office.
Apartment is on the second floor with long steep stairs. Owner does not accept that Foreigners are VAT (IVA) exempt. Secure Car Park is only available from 7 pm to 8.30 am No fan or Window in the Bathroom.
