Excelente localização, a poucos passos do centrinho da Vila onde ficam os restaurante e bem perto do pier de chegada. As instalações estão muito conservadas igual as fotos (apenas algumas manchas/rasgos nos sofás). Os utensílios da cozinha são muito bons. Ar condicionado novo. Apartamento bem espaço e confortável e a vista é maravilhosa.
O apartamento tem cheiro muito forte de lugar fechado em região de praia (“mofo”). Conforme deixamos as janelas abertas durante a estadia foi melhorando o cheiro, mas não recomendo caso sejam muito alérgicos. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam manchadas aparentemente com ferrugem, a anfitriã foi muito solícita em fazer a troca porém ainda sim tinham algumas manchinhas. Para chegar até o condomínio há uma escada e dentro do condomínio o apartamento fica no sexto andar (uma grande escadaria), mas para nós isso não foi um problema.
