Um lugar tranquilo, onde os anfitriões te fazem sentir como parte da família. Só tenho a agradecer a amabilidade e hospitalidade. O alojamento em si é excelente, com todo o conforto.

A casa tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, ficamos na suíte Lago e tem uma vista linda para o Lago Villarrica! Banheiro muito limpo e chuveiro muito bom, uma ducha muito gostosa e quentinha. (Estava bem frio)
Amamos tudo! A estrutura da casa é linda e impecável. Roupa de cama e limpeza do quarto nota 10. Café da manhã delicioso e muito caprichado. Um sossego para descansar e localização perfeita para turistar. Não posso deixar de dizer que os anfitriões são maravilhosos, muito atenciosos e gentis. Já quero voltar!

It felt like staying with close family who lives far. Ximena and Carlos helped us with everything including picking up, dropping off, arranging local taxi, and having long conversations over breakfast from where we learnt a lot about Chile and its southern parts. We also loved the property -- the views from the big glass windows made you feel like you are in the heart of nature.

Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, acogedores y muy simpático, hasta me ayudaron porque llegué enfermo. Además, nos tocó el periodo de vientos donde no se pudo salir y el lugar contaba con generador, lo que hizo todo más agradable, considerando que la ciudad estuvo sin luz casi 3 días.
