La propiedad ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. El entorno es muy tranquilo y relajante, ideal para descansar. Además, está muy bien ubicada, a solo unos 5 minutos de la playa. En comparación con los precios más elevados de hoteles en Bilbao o San Sebastián, es una muy buena opción para quienes buscan comodidad a un precio razonable. El propietario fue muy paciente y atento, explicándonos claramente todos los detalles necesarios, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera cómoda y sin inconvenientes.
La electricidad puede fallar ocasionalmente si se utilizan varios electrodomésticos al mismo tiempo. Sin embargo, solo ocurrió una vez durante nuestra estancia y fue fácil de restablecer, por lo que no afectó significativamente nuestra experiencia general.
