Sergio était à l’écoute, avait tout installé pour notre arrivée (lit bébé) et nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Nous avons pu converser par message : Sergio était très réactif.

Piso grande y cómodo. Sin ruídos en la calle. Un segundo piso. Con garaje en los alrededores, pero no lo llegamos a utilizar, se aparca fácil en la calle. Cerca del acuario, es un buen paseo hasta la plaza.
Dos baños te hace la vida más fácil cuando vas con niños.
La vajilla un poco escasa, para 4 personas sólo 3 tazas grandes de desayuno, una de ellas rajada, hubo que hacer dos turnos para desayunar.
El plato del microondas no gira.

La relación calidad-precio buenísima y la atención de Sergio de diez. Las instalaciones son iguales a las fotos publicadas. Cerca de la playa de Poniente y a un paseo agradable al centro. Y el parking es un plus.
Todo muy bien, por poner algo algunos muebles son antiguos, pero se ven en las fotos, no te pilla de sorpresa.
