House had plenty of space for the eight of us, and was clean, tidy and welcoming.
In a central location so provided a great base for exploring.
Host was easy to contact and very helpful.

Location was excellent.
Spacious & comfortable.
Kitchen well equipped & lovely eating area.
We were only 4 but plenty of room & facilities for 8 people.
House had smell & needed airing on arrival. Had to sweep kitchen floor & clean chairs at island.
Garden unsecure - 2 fence slats missing.
No outside lights in the back. No hanging baskets as per photographs. Water features not working.
Didn’t use games room as smelt very damp.

Property was very well situated for all Narberth amenities and was very spacious with good parking. The secure garden was good for children. Hosts were very prompt to reply to any questions.
Quite a steep narrow staircase to upstairs of property.
Quite a dark property inside due to the very large, old and beautiful tree that grows right over the front driveway.
