The house was stunning and spotless. We love visiting Narbeth and Saundersfoot so the location was perfect for us. The house had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and enough bathrooms for the seven of us to not be fighting over. Perfectly located just a short walk from the high street. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
We had two teenagers with us that stayed in the twin room and they both said the single beds were uncomfortable and that the mattresses could maybe do with being changed. Also the dartboard had seen better days, we tried to play darts but the darts kept falling out of the board as it’s full of holes. Apart from that it was perfect

House had plenty of space for the eight of us, and was clean, tidy and welcoming.
In a central location so provided a great base for exploring.
Host was easy to contact and very helpful.

Location was excellent.
Spacious & comfortable.
Kitchen well equipped & lovely eating area.
We were only 4 but plenty of room & facilities for 8 people.
House had smell & needed airing on arrival. Had to sweep kitchen floor & clean chairs at island.
Garden unsecure - 2 fence slats missing.
No outside lights in the back. No hanging baskets as per photographs. Water features not working.
Didn’t use games room as smelt very damp.

THE PROPERTY IS TIRED, STAIRCASE WOULD FRIGHTEN OFF INTRUDERS TOO MANY GLASS DOUBLE GLAZING UNITS NEED REPLACING , COULD DO WITH A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, BLACK MOULD IN SHOWER ETC ETC KITCHEN GREAT, LOUNGE DID NOT SIT IN IT LOTS OF TOILET ROLLS
LOTS OF TOWELS AND A SMALL WELCOME BASKET OF A BOTTLE OF WINE AND SQUASH
AND WE LEFT A DAY EARLY
