Alloggio nuovissimo, super accessoriato come essere a casa propria (frigor, freezer, fuochi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, pentole…). Tutto super pulito e spazioso. A due passi da spiagge libere e attrezzate. A 500 mt dal supermercato e con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti si arriva in centro. Vista mare molto rilassante.
Problemi con la caldaia che va in blocco per problema di afflusso d’acqua. Docce o bollenti o fredde. Un po’ disagevole.

La vista spettacolare sulla scogliera e la vicinanza al mare. Il centro città raggiungibile in 10 a piedi. Presenza del garage (indispensabile), casa arredata con mobili nuovi e accessoriata. Spazio per riporre i propri bagagli
