Butas virsutiniame aukšte, su didžiulia terasa. Švara tiesiog neįtikėtina. Bute yra viskas ko tik gali prireikti: lygintuvas, lyginimo lenta, elektrinis šildytuvas, kavos aparatas, skalbimo mašina, pora aparatų kepimui, visokiausi indai, puodai, keptuvės. Jautiesi kaip namuose. Lovos patogios. Patalyne gera. Terasoj galima degintis ir suptis kabanciam kresle :)
Šiek tiek toliau nuo jūros. Bet šalia stoja daug autobusų, vietinių maršrutų ir važiuojančių i Alikantę ir La Zenia. Atvažiuojant iš oro uosto galima išlipt šalia. Jūra toliau, todėl triukšmo mažai ir butas sausas. Jokiu pelėsio ar drėgmės kvapų nėra.
