1. Andare al centro a piedi è disagevole (strada buia e in pendenza). Per spostarsi bisogna usare l'auto.
2. Il garage è di ridotte dimensioni, buone per una utilitaria. La Juke ci entra, salvo poi noi uscire dal portabagagli! Quindi abbiamo parcheggiato lungo la strada.
3. La dimensione della seconda stanza al piano terra è quella di un ripostiglio. C'è solo il letto singolo, neanche un comodino c'entra. Orribile.
4. La finestra della seconda stanza al piano terra apre su un muro di contenimento, lo si può toccare con mano, umido, col muschio.
5. Non c'è un accesso diretto al terrazzo, bisogna uscire dalla porta dell'appartamento e poi dal portone della palazzina .
