Big apartment, looks cute, has all you need.
1) We got out check in details very late.
2) The property is located pretty far away, and you can only use a bus there.
3) Lots of small stairs to climb.
4) We kinda expected authentic Japanese place, but it was just renovated to look like one.

The apartment is beautifully decorated from the sliding paper doors, and crown molding, to the beautiful ceiling light fixture in the bedroom.
It's far from the main train station, which made it difficult to get around Osaka. The bathroom is very small for such a large apartment, and the two A/C units struggle to keep up with the summer heat. Also, the stairs are very steep and I almost lost my balance a couple of times coming out of the door. I would not recommend this location if you have any luggage beyond backpacks.
