Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

L'allotjament és molt maco, per dintre, consta d'habitacions absolutament noves, i impecables. Les vistes es poden apreciar bastant bé desde el balcó, i la posta de sol és tota una maravella allà. En general, és totalment recomenable.

L'única cosa que sí que trobo negativa, és el sofa-llit, el qual, no s'hi pot estar, ja que és molt incòmode i els coixins són massa durs, tal i com el matalàs. Al ser quatre persones, no va quedar altre que dormir-hi, però apart d'això, tot estava perfecte.

As other reviewers have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a new, small apartment block, positioned on higher ground at the back of the village. Which means that the spacious 3rd floor verandah, with its unnervingly clear glass balustrade, is about as high as anything gets in Arkoudi. I felt like the director of the Truman Show as I looked down on the bright and pretty village. And the little balcony on the lower floor, overlooking a patch of woodland, is a peaceful suntrap in the mornings. The apartment has been designed to be stylish, with upmarket fittings. The shower is excellent, the bed as comfortable as any I’ve found in Greece, and the aircon effective and quiet.

Nothing is perfect, and I could find little things to grumble about. There are a few small ‘snagging’ issues still to be sorted out, and the focus on style is occasionally at the expense of practicality. A bathroom with no shelves? But these are all trivial. It’s a lovely apartment in a lovely village, and fully recommended.
