Freezing
Not much. Difficult to get hold of owner or responsible. Finally it was the cleaners who gave us the keys. Nobody could make heating work !
The heating was not working and was not fixed in spite of informing responsibles. One guest caught cold. Another left to sleep elsewhere. I had to supply extra covers and duvets for remaining guests. Not acceptable. We are asking for a refund.
