Only down side was the early morning construction on the building next door.

The location could be good for skiing or if you get a view of the lake. The room seemed fairly new and had the elements of a full kitchen. We were able to park directly outside and could see our car from the window.
The main issue was we couldn't turn down the heat so we couldn't sleep at all, but also the description said lake view but we didn't have one, the bed was small and there are no businesses near by, but we expected that. I adjusted the temperature, made sure the thermostat was on cool and fan was set to high but nothing happened. The A/C unit didn't turn on at all even though it was plugged in. Finally early morning I opened one side of the windows the 4 inches it would allow, the other side wouldn't open at all.
