Very good location, free parking (sort of fenced) opposite of the apartment. Good kitchen equipment, washing machine and drying rack. Light apartment. Close to city center, 25 minutes walk. People answering my messages were very helpful.
The instructions to enter the building could be clearer, for example that you get buzzed in automatically by pushing the bell of apartment B. The lighting is very "intense" in the living room and the heating didn't work properly which in autumn in Galicia is some days needed. Showerhead is "stuck" in its holder. Floor in bathroom was too soapy - meaning it was slippery from using too much soap when cleaning.

Deficiencias en las instalaciones: Tiene un sofá-cama que no se puede utilizar como sofá, está roto el sistema de sujeción del respaldo. Informé a la empresa y dijeron que lo comunicarían a mantenimiento pero nadie apareció a repararlo. El pulsador de la cisterna del inodoro está suelto, tenía que sujetar el soporte con una mano para poder pulsar con la otra. El soporte de la ducha está roto, tienes que ducharte con la alcachofa de la ducha en la mano.

Nos encantó la ubicación, gracias al lugar tan tranquilo pero de fácil acceso a todo. Plaza de aparcamiento gratis.
Igual que se cuidase un poquito más la limpieza.

Parking gratis
a media hora del centro pero !cuidado! Cuesta arriba. Las sábanas no estaban limpias. Había radiadores pero no funcionaban.
