The Staff was phenomenal!! Very helpful, informative and accommodating. Hotel is clean, the complimentary breakfast was good and the room was a generous size.

Breakfast was different every day. Staff was nice. Rooms were excellent.
Closing the bathroom door to the toilet was rough for my husband since it goes the other way towards the shower and the space between the toilet and shower is pretty small to squeeze inbetween to close the door.

Elevator location was hidden.

Was changed multiple times I think a total of seven charges on my credit card that could not be explained in 2 weeks now they still haven't taken it off may have to get lawyer involved
Being charged multiple times for no reason and having to make several phone calls to deal with the problem which still has not been taken care of
