I had a wonderful stay at ama Stays & Trails Lily Pad, Kumarakom. From the moment I arrived, the property felt like a piece of heaven. The beautiful mango trees, with fresh mangoes naturally falling from the branches, created such a unique and memorable experience. It was truly special to enjoy fruit directly from the trees—something I had never experienced before. I chose the largest room on the property, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. The balcony was another highlight, offering stunning views that made every moment feel peaceful and refreshing. The breakfast each morning was exceptional. Every day, I was served a fresh fruit platter along with freshly squeezed juice, such as mango juice or watermelon juice. It was a thoughtful and refreshing start to each day, and everything was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Saho and another team member assisted me daily, and whenever I had any issue, they resolved it immediately with kindness and professionalism. I am genuinely grateful for their care and support. The property also has many beautiful and Instagram-worthy spots for photos, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, charming, and unforgettable. I am truly grateful for this experience and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Overall, I had a lovely stay, though there were a few areas that could be improved. I experienced some issues with the water heater and hair dryer, but I truly appreciate how supportive the staff were—they quickly arranged another room for me to shower and did their best to provide a replacement hair dryer. For further enhancement, I would recommend adding more lighting in the rooms and paying extra attention to cleanliness and sanitization standards. It would also be helpful if towels were stored in a closed, fresh area until needed, as the natural surroundings can allow dust to settle.
