Great but should be warmer for winter cold.
I liked the location close to Le Reincy RER station. The rooms were big and comfortable. Nice living room.
Heating is, in general, ok. But we visited in the winter, when temperatures were quite low, so the rooms were barely warm enough. The bathroom was uncomfortably cold; it took several days to reach decent temperatures.

Misleading as to location. Host just argues despite not enough bedding
Nothing really, not hosted at all and not as represented
Misled property- 1. as to location and ease to get to central Paris- it’s not quick and easy. 2. Booked 4 beds for 4 adults but only bedding for 3. Not sufficient consumables like washing powder or soaps etc for 4 nights. Poorly hosted, host just argued and didn’t remedy anything despite 4 night booking. Worst BnB we have stayed. And the owner tried to claim things which were already there. Property was poorly cleaned. And shower tiles and shower situation is huge safety hazard - becareful

Das man 2 Zimmer + Küche + Wohnzimmer hatte .Die Lage war ganz okay . Freundliches Personal
Das man an den Wintertagen nur bis 22 Grad Heizen durften , desweiteren sollte der Beuler im Bad kontrolliert werden wenn man warmes Wasser aufdrehte wurde es ab und an auch mal kalt , Regulierung schwer einstellbar . Das man extra nochmal eine Kaution in Höhe von 200€ bezahlen muss ist nicht ersichtlich (Rückbuchungsdauer 10 Tage )

La struttura era graziosa, comodo bel illuminata, forse un po lontana dal centro di Parigi, ma intorno alla casa c'erano tutti i servizi come bar farmacie supermercati e ristoranti. Reception disponibile alle mie esigenze.

Très bon emplacement, proche transports , gares , pharmacie boulangerie tout à proximité je recommande fortement.!!! .l'hôte est très à l'écoute des voyageurs , très professionnelle.Nous avons loué 2 appartements pour 2 familles dans le même bâtiment ..

Meraviglioso Natale a Parigi
Situato in un quartiere fuori Parigi, a 18 minuti di treno fino a Magenta (Gare de Nord),offre la tranquillità. Il supermercato vicino a la piazza e molto comodo e fornito di tutto quello che puo servire. L'alloggio e molto accogliente con un grande soggiorno e due stanze, situato al primo piano. NON ADATTO AI FUMATORI, difatti nel rispetto della proprietà noi scendevamo al piano terra a fumare perché e sprovvisto di balconi, ma a una bellissima vista su la piazza centrale. La stazione dei treni e molto vicina e comoda e da la posizione di muoversi da per tutto in Parigi. L'accoglienza e stata ottima anche se non presente per alcuni motivi, la proprietà e sempre stata vicino a noi telefonicamente aiutandoci sempre. Grazie veramente di cuore di tutto.
La pulizia andrebbe leggermente migliorata, il divano letto nella prima stanza non e tanto adatto per una coppia.

Une bonne adresse
Cosy et lumineux, bien situé, à deux pas de la gare RER, parking privé et fermé à 3 min à pieds. Les linges de bain tous doux et qui sentent super bon. L’hôte est super géniale et la dame de ménage adorable. Attention, 4e étage sans ascenseur (on s’est fait les mollets).
La salle de douche minuscule et la porte de douche qui ne s’ouvre pas complètement. La literie trop molle.
