由於想鄰近美術館而選擇這個地點，距離榕樹下米苔目分店很近。房間是四人房單層公寓式，包含客廳和廚房，機能完整、空間大。房間乾淨整潔、客廳和臥室皆有電視，有Netflix可以看。由於是公務出差，因此能在餐廳區域使用桌面工作非常舒適。房東是很和善的人，還協助解決了許多路程和半夜遇到的問題，非常感謝。

老闆很親切，喜歡有點熱情但又保留一點空間的感覺，看到我們帶著小孩，立馬問我們四人房的床要不要幫我們併在一起（其實我們原本想住兩人房就好），也提供很多好吃的餐廳跟可以溜小孩的地方～我們住三樓，當天剛好二樓沒有人訂房，老闆主動問我們要不要參觀，二樓也很棒耶！下次感覺可以包棟，一定很有趣！
三樓的空間是有一個客廳的，我們最喜歡那裡了，而且居然有玩具跟書！1歲多的寶寶很喜歡🥳生了小孩才知道出去玩找到有自己客廳的民宿多重要🤣🤣🤣
原本還想騎腳踏車的，剛好第二天跟第三天的天氣都不太好，真不好意思還讓老闆幫我們整理腳踏車，謝謝老闆～
總之來住就對了，這裡適合各種年齡層～～
如果插座能提供防止寶寶摸到的蓋子的話就更好了🥺
