La posizione, immersa nel verde, molto tranquilla e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Marcelli. La terrazza comoda anche per pranzare e cenare.

Mancano alcuni elementi semplici ma utili: qualche attaccapanni, un tappetino per la doccia.
