Luxury 3Bed Room Pool Villa Complex 5min to Beach & Walking Street

Location is perfect and really good

Maintenance is very poor and need to replace a lot of stuff like all mattresses which are very uncomfortable and one of bed frames is broken Oven is not working for long time of period Ac in one bedroom is working but not enough power since room is on sunny side There is a lot of small problems which can be fixed for low $$ that’s why I don’t understand. Communication with property management was ok but in some reason booking.com didn’t respond on my inquiry since my reservation was cancelled and I still haven’t received any explanation, owner didn’t know what happened Overall good experience just looks like owner is not interested to invest small amount to fix issues

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable spacious lounge area and outdoor eating space. Great that each room had en-suite. Nice little pool with sunny aspect for most of the day. Great location near to market/shops/beach.

The only downside was the outside area. It could do with some updated furniture and would have been a great extra if the bbq area had been better looked after and was usable. Although I could understand why the owner might not want this area to be used due to risk.

이번에 가족과 함께 파타야에서 머문 풀빌라, 정말 최고였어요~ 넓고 깨끗한 공간 덕분에 우리 가족 모두가 편안하게 쉴 수 있었고, 풀장도 전용이라 아이들이 마음껏 물놀이할 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다:) 주방 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리를 해먹기에도 딱이었고, 리빙룸에서 여유롭게 함께 시간을 보낼 수 있어 행복했습니다. 특히 방마다 프라이버시가 잘 지켜지는 구조라 각자도 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호스트 분이 정말 친절하셔서 필요한 부분을 미리 챙겨주셔서 더욱 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 이번 여행 덕분에 정말 좋은 추억을 만들었고, 또 오고 싶은 곳이에요... 강력 추천합니다
