Dirty around lift area A bit of a walk from room to mainstream to pick up grab orders unlike at other stays just downstairs, this was more up around an alley, then a lift, then the room. Had to leave a week early due to govt crack down of local stays, but money was refunded efficiently by the very lovely host. It’s not as close to the expat / tourist scene as my next accom which I preferred as it has more restaurants and massage places etc nearby. Didn’t like the feel of the polyester/ nylon bedding as I preferred cotton and natural fabrics but it was clean nonetheless.

Great location and a great way to experience life in an old style apartment building. A/C and hot water ok. Huyen was also very kind and hospitable. There were many things that ensured we would have a comforting stay and good start to our trip. It's a great option for when you first arrive to Vietnam and still jetlagged. I'll be back!

The elevator is a little slow, but I had fun waiting with the locals. You can sometimes hear your neighbors a bit, but there is no street noise.

地点导航不准确比较难找，回复稍慢，老板解释说是因为最近在学习上课回复不方便，所以我还是给了10分

I stayed for three days, however no towel change or room service. Corridor light comes in through the main door at night because it is made up of frosted glass. The door should be solid. I have difficulty sleeping with lights on unfortunately, not a big deal for most.
