Good location and apartment was spacious and well laid out.
From the outside the building looks like it is not live-able due to the amount of refurbishment work going on but once at the apartment it was fine. A bit dusty due to work.

The apartment was excellent. Enormous, and very cozy. Two bathrooms a plus. the rooms were very spacious. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
I'm from the U.S. Upon arrival, the outside looked like the projects. Old, abandoned, and just gave a really bad impression. At first, were kind of scared to go in. But the owner was met us at the entrance, and helped us up to the apartment. The inside was totally renovated, and the complete opposite of the first impression that I got upon arrival.
