Waschmaschine und Staubsauger fehlte

The apartment was new and clean, one of the bedrooms, the bathroom and the main living area was very roomy, decor was minimal but appropriate for a vacation rental. Water pressure in the shower was great. Underground parking was really good, clean and secure. Very close to restaurants, shops, gas station and the center of town.

When we checked in (late in the evening) there were no towels, we reached out via booking.com, WhatsApp phone and WhatsApp text and did not receive a rely until mid morning the following day despite the welcome message to reach out at anytime. Interior lighting is rather poor after sundown. The apartment is on a busy street and with the windows open (for cool air in the summer) it is very noisy with cars, big trucks and buses from 6AM until the evening. The small bedroom has an odd quadrilateral shape making it very difficult to move around both sides of the bed. The bed mattress in that room is horrible about 5 inches thick (like a camper van mattress), you can feel the bed wood slat base through the mattress (the larger bedroom bed is nice). the Booking.com listed a washing machine for clothes but it was in a locked room, we asked and it was unlocked. After check out we were accused of using additional towels from the laundry room and all taking all their coffee pods. They asked us to send an additional 30 euros to their PayPal account. A simple count of used towel left in the bathroom as asked and seeing that our used coffee pods were a different brand and color easily proved it. This was a rather person insult without the property verifying first.
