The location is excellent. Very quiet. The views from there are superb. A bit of a walk, about 15 mins, down the hill to New Quay harbour is a very small price to pay for the location.
Being very picky, some of the paint and varnish could do with a little bit of a refresh.

lets start with our host Fay, great knowledge of local area and very friendly, this was a unique stay for us, although quite small was ideal for the two of us, location was ok quite hilly walk to newquay town but ok for seasoned walkers like ourselves, views exceptional and area was reasonably quiet.
we loved it all
