Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral.
Das Appartement wird mit 2 Schlafzimmern beschrieben. Das Schlafzimmer im Souterrain war eher ein Keller Schlafzimmer. Es war feucht,viele Mücken,Mückenschutz am Fenster defekt. Blick vom Bett auf Waschmaschine, Besen und Staubsauger, kein Sichtschutz. Toilette im Souterrain, aber keine Dusche. Das Appartement ist zwar neuwertiger renoviert ,aber es roch trotzdem muffig. Die Mülltonnensituation ist auch ungünstig, Entsorgung auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Die Terrasse ist sehr schattig. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend.

Alles war tiptop ausser der zu kleine Tisch draussen!
Gebäude ist massivst schlecht lärmgedämmt! Wenn in der Küche einen Kaffee macht ist man im Schlafzimmer unten hellwach!
