If the Owner is not reacting CANCEL the apartment!

We did not receive the keys to the apartment. So we slept in the car and drove further to Lyon. at least we received the money back from Booking.

Everything. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE CODE FOR THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT. We tried to contact the owner during the day via Email, Booking Chat and Phone at around 5 PM. No Reply or anything.... We arrived late in the night and since noone was able to give us the code for the keys.... we slept a couple of hours in the car and drove further to Lyon. Really disappointing and not trusthworthy at all.

Malgré des améliorations a faire, ce logement est très agréable et bien situé.

Le logement est parfait pour deux personnes. Couple ou un parent avec un enfant, il est bien équipé et confortable. A noter qu'il faut être connecté pour avoir accès aux clés, le code est envoyé par email, le jour de votre arrivée.

Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain, bouteille pas remplie et il manque un porte manteaux. Le chauffage avec la climatisation est bruyant pour les personnes avec un sommeil léger. Un rideau/ porte coulissante pour séparer la chambre du salon serait agréable.

Jedno z lepszych miejsc, które odwiedziliśmy podczas naszego 2-tygodniowego eurotripu.

Gospodarze bardzo nam pomogli, na naszą prośbę apartament był gotowy do zameldowania 3 godziny przed terminem. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, wielkie i wygodne łóżko w sypialni, salon z klimatyzacją połączony z kuchnią, również w pełni wyposażoną, ze sprzętem kuchennym, kuchnią, ekspresem do kawy, sprzętem do gotowania. Łazienka duża, czysta, wygodna. Apartament jest w bardzo klimatycznym starym domu, ale wnętrze jest nowoczesne i wykończone ze smakiem. Publiczny duży darmowy parking jest dosłownie naprzeciwko, po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Le calme, le stationnement facile (grand parking juste en face), la qualité de l'appartement et des équipements, la propreté irréprochable.

L'absence de lave-vaisselle et de lave-linge (mais l'appartement est petit). L'absence de porte entre la chambre et la pièce principale, ce qui pourrait être gênant si on cuisine (ce qui ne fut pas notre cas !).

Poca limpieza

Quiero reconocer que se percibe cierto gusto estético en la disposición del apartamento, aunque para mi gusto hay elementos que desentonan (cortinas, techo, puerta de entrada), algo que es subjetivo y sin mayor importancia.

No entraré a comentar el acceso por la calleja ni la actitud de la vecina, aunque ambos aspectos merecerían mención. Lo que sí nos ha resultado muy molesto es un ruido constante, similar al de un extractor, que por la noche se hace especialmente incómodo. Sin embargo, lo que menos nos ha gustado y que consideramos fundamental, ha sido la falta de limpieza. Esto nos hizo sentir incómodos desde el primer momento: • La ropa de cama, además de ser de baja calidad, presentaba alguna mancha, dando la sensación de no haberse cambiado, lo mismo que las almohadas. • Encontramos cubiertos sucios, lámparas con mucho polvo y telas de araña (incluso con una percha colgando de una de ellas), el estropajo del fregadero sucio, suciedad detrás de la TV, toallas de baja calidad y esquinas del plato de ducha con suciedad visible. Llegamos incluso a plantearnos irnos, pero no encontramos alojamiento cercano disponible. Finalmente optamos por ir al supermercado cercano y comprar toallas, sábanas, una bayeta y producto desinfectante para poder sentirnos más cómodos. Me hubiera gustado poner más fotos en relación con lo que cuento, pero solo me permite 4.

BUONO SOLO PER UNA SOSTA

Ci serviva fare una sosta e andava bene per una notte. Parcheggio gratuito in piazzale oltre alla strada. Appartamento ristrutturato, cucina e bagno funzionali.

Camera da letto piccola e umida, letto una piazza e mezza, soggiorno con cucina piccoli senza tavolo solo penisola e pulizia così così.
