Neatness is good

I would hate to say the location is perfect for the nearby cricket ground (because it is) and I don't want the property sold out next time I come! The tuck shop literally outside my room is a genius bit of marketing to and caters to the midnight pangs of the average traveller. Just open door, buy what you want and head back to bed - or if you don't have the Indian QR code payment system (likely if you're not Indian) just snap a photo of the item, send it to the owner and pay later. The only problem with this property is that it encourage laziness! The other surprise was the extra bedroom and place to cook. Not that I used either. I guess I should bring people with me next time to enjoy the place with me. Taking a shower and seeing cows outside is a novel experience.

The field of rubbish outside the windows is rather unfortunate after the owner had carefully decided where to build his nest egg. But I had a simple and elegant solution: don't open the curtains or look outside. You won't need to anyway

Kitchen facilities including induction stove and the property was brand new..

Kettle was not available and geyser not working and I had to take bath in cold water..

Well maintained, clean, private, fully equipped.

Power interruption for 2 hours in the morning, Solar water heater not working, No lift, Continuous loud repair/construction noise.
