Nowoczesny,komfortowy apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony z dbałością o szczegóły.wygodny narożnik do spania,w drugiej sypialni szerokie komfortowe dwa łóżka.Mimo że przy ruchliwej ulicy, dzięki szczelnym oknom było bardzo cicho.obok sklep spożywczy,5 minut do przystanku tramwajowego i ok.30 minut na Wawel,Kazimierz. Parking przy budynku.Swietny kontakt z właścicielem.przygotowana woda,herbata,kawa.wejscie do mieszkania na kod.
