A great space, very spacious, has a good kitchen with all appliances. Nice balcony with sea view. Great location, close to the beach and facilities. Has a dedicated parking space. Great location if you want to visit Monaco and Cannes.
The water pressure is not great, shower took a long time to get warm and then very weak water flow. Strange smell when you first walk into the apartment!

Les chambres avec salle de bain , la vue sympa , contact avec l agence parfait
Le logement est situé au-dessus d’un magasin, dans des bureaux transformés. L’isolation laisse à désirer, et la baignoire est inutile : à la moitié du bain, il n’y a déjà plus d’eau chaude
Les douches ne sont pas mieux, puisqu’à la troisième utilisation, plus d’eau chaude non plus… Très déçue, cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix. De plus, l’ascenseur ne fonctionne qu’à certaines heures et pas du tout le dimanche, ce qui est très contraignant de Descendre les valises 3 étages bref …
