Comfortable, relaxing, convenient, very easy transport links - get a Navigo card and load it up!

The flat is located in a suburb of Paris that has excellent public transport links, so it is very easy to get a bus (189) to the local Metro station (Line 12) and then into the heart of Paris for the attractions. The flat has everything you need to eat in if you chose, there is a supermarket that is a 5 minute walk down the road or you walk / catch the bus to the local square to eat there.

To be honest, for our needs everything was excellent.

Nice place but quite expensive for the location

What I liked the most was how the apartment is arranged – it's very aesthetic. The bathroom is very beautiful. The location is okay, being close to the bus.

What I didn’t like was that the dust hadn’t been cleaned, especially inside the closet and drawers – you could literally wipe it off with your finger. Also, the entrance to the complex is a bit obscure, and the building doesn’t seem fully finished. Another thing I didn’t like was that I requested an early check-in and was asked to pay an extra €30 in advance, even though I ended up leaving a day earlier than the official check-out date and didn’t get anything refunded. I think it would have been a nice gesture to allow the early check-in, considering I left early.

L'appartement est bien décoré et bien équipé malgré quelques améliorations à prévoir (ajouter des torchons en cuisine, pas de prises sur le plan de travail, parure de lit 140 pour lit de 160, éclairage insuffisant dans la salle de bain, grille-pain quand on reste une semaine). L'arrière cour est jolie. La rue est calme, on n'est pas gêné par le train qui passe à deux pas.

Une caution bancaire de 500€ vous est demandée (préautorisation) ce qui n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce ; l'annulation n'étant pas gratuite, vous n'avez pas le choix. L'organisme qui prélève la caution est totalement inconnu. Je n'ai jamais reçu de communication après le paiement ni en fin de séjour. C'est très insécurisant. Par ailleurs la rue est en forme de F, dont deux ruelles sans issue. J'ai eu du mal à trouver l'emplacement (le N° 53 n'étant pas dans la même ruelle que le N° 47) mais la conciergerie a refusé de me parler au téléphone pour m'aider. Ce sont des voisins qui nous ont aidés. Expérience très désagréable.
