-Good location -It has everything needed
-Water leak from the mini shower if you use the sink -Check-in instructions were sent to the WhatsApp of the phone number on booking.com but my WhatsApp was on a different number which I specified 2 days before my check-in date in case they would use WhatsApp. And the same day the response time was very long until I contacted booking.com.
