Luxury Loft Mar y Sol 1

Location: Stunning location with a direct view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a highlight. Interior: The apartment looks exactly like the photos—very modern and brand new. Equipment: Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, plus a hairdryer and an iron, which were very useful.

Climate Control: During our stay in January, the weather was damp and chilly. Since there is no heating or air conditioning, it felt cold inside (we were given an extra blanket, but it wasn't enough). Essential Supplies: There wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags for the duration of our stay. It would be much better to increase the price by a few Euros rather than making guests go out to buy basic supplies they won't fully use. Swimming Pool: The pool mentioned on the website is actually a public pool nearby, not a private facility belonging to the apartment. This should be clarified in the description. Hidden rules: We were shocked to receive a message one day before departure stating there would be a €50 fine if the apartment was left "dirty." This type of information must be clearly stated on the booking website beforehand, not sent as a last-minute surprise.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo loft con una bella posizione della camera , vista oceano è veramente bella. L’intero loft è stato arredato con gusto. La signora è stata molto gentile a riaprire la stanza una volta fatto il check out perché avevo dimenticato all’interno i caricatori.

Appena arrivati ho trovato due asciugamani sporchi. L’ho fatto presente e mi hanno cambiato l’intera biancheria il giorno seguente. Il giorno seguente ho trovato comunque un asciugamano molto sporco , l’ho fatto presente ma mi hanno detto che era previsto un solo cambio biancheria. Eravamo io e il mio fidanzato quindi abbiamo fatto con uno solo. Sicuri fosse stato un caso isolato. Inoltre mancano degli accessori necessari in un appartamento. Spezie base ( sale, pepe) , scottex o canovacci , una tovaglia , ed è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica e mancano i detersivi per la lavatrice. Vince l’arte dell arrangiarsi , però ecco è un peccato, perché l’appartamento merita.
