Clean house. Courteous house manager.
Only one shower available. 2nd bathroom w/ toilet & sink is downstairs. Noisy guests & residents. I stayed in rm 3 on 2nd floor w/ two Eastern European females who barely speak English. One of them set her alarm for 4:30 AM/gets ready very early in the morning really loudly. Part of my bunk bed mattress was sagging bc of large space between wooden slats. Nothing nearby except a gas station.
