Lovely apartament in a great location and excellent facilities.

Vito is a great host, very friendly and personable. I hope to see him again soon :) The room looked exactly like the pictures. 2 air conditioners was a nice bonus. The shower was spacious and the room had all modern furnishings. The desk is suitable is you need to work or study. It was also nice to be on the 8th(top) floor.

Honesty, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like, to me it was perfect.

Nice big pool for doing laps and a good sized gym. Two of the 3 walking machines did not work. We needed a few extra things in the unit and the owner was quick to supply. The unit is small, suitable for single or couple only. The sofa bed is annoying as it moved all the time whilst watching TV. Bed: Comfortable Thai bed medium to hard. Linen: synthetic Pillows: Medium Room size: Acceptable, bedroom is separated by a glass door Kitchen: Well equipped Washing Machine: Yes on Balcony a d drying rack supplied Balcony: yes but unusable, too small View: overlooks pool Noise: Very quiet Shower pressure: good Lots of hooks in appropriate places. Cleanliness: Average, we did a deep clean before we could function, but our stds are high. We also washed the floor and unblocked the shower drain. Location: Walking distance to beach via Soi 85, Calico Market and Blueport. There is a busy highway that runs through Hua Hin and you have to cross this to get to the beach and Calico markets. If you don't like walking you can catch a songtaew for 15BHT. These are green trucks with seats at the back. You just wave them down from anywhere. There are outside areas to work and relax on the ground floor and a well used TaoBin drink machine.

A bit more attention to the deep cleaning, otherwise it was a good stay.
