Wonderful cosy apartment in St. Moritz

Location very close to town center, funicular and lake. Cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. Self contained with available Kitchenware. Helpful and friendly support. Spacious Storage room.

Light outside not working, cable TV option limited

El apartamento es muy cómodo , acogedor y completo. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones , 10/10 en limpieza. Su ubicación es perfecta. El anfitrión Lukas es muy atento y amable. Sin duda regresaré el próximo año.

Location is pretty good if you want to walk to St Moritz Dorf an St Moritz Bad. If you are spending all your time in Dorf you will walking up and down a big hill each time multiple times or day and in the snow it is not well maintained, very icy and slippery. The apartment itself is at the bottom of a short but steep driveway that was also very slippery when snowy and icy.

Look I understand that I’m in St Moritz and for what this apartment costs I’m not expecting Badrutts Palace here. That said I expect the basics to work. The blinds in the bedroom would not shut all the way and so no privacy in the bedroom for the whole trip. When I reached out to property management their only answer was “we will alert our team” with no resolution. Also reached out to them about the icy driveway, again same response no resolution. Apartment decor is extremely basic. Only provided two sleeping pillows despite having a queen bed and pull out couch. The property is a bit hidden and instructions to find the entrance were insufficient- could have provided way more photos or even a specific location instead of a screenshot of a pin on Google Maps. We had friends staying in a similarly priced apartment with much better value and location.
