Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist natürlich super. So am offenem Fenster im Ess/ Wohnbereich morgens den ersten Kaffee genießen....herrlich. Wir waren 8 Personen und konnten uns ausbreiten.

Die Treppen, besonders die zur Dachterrasse, sind ziemlich steil. Da darf man nicht eingeschränkt sein. Die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind recht eng und besonders das kleinere ist etwas muffig. ( Dunkel/ hat nur ein Kellerfenster)

Schönes Haus für Silvester mit großer Gruppe

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr guter Lage direkt am Meer und in der Nähe mehrerer Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das große Wohnzimmer war ein guter Ort für unseren Start in das Jahr 2025 und von der Dachterrasse aus konnten wir das Feuerwerk sehen.

Die Heizung in der oberen Etage hat nicht funktioniert, sodass es sehr kalt war. Der Vermieter hat sich darum gekümmert, es blieb allerdings kalt. Mit Wärmflasche trotzdem okay.
